Public Offer Agreement for Remote Sale of Goods

1. Terms and Definitions

Seller — Sole Proprietor "Satybaldiyeva", address: 117 Abay St., Taraz, Kazakhstan
Buyer — any individual or legal entity that has placed an Order
Goods — products listed on sohoshoes.shop
Order — the Buyer's request to purchase Goods
Acceptance — full acceptance of the terms of this Offer by placing and paying for an Order
Website — the online store at sohoshoes.shop

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this Agreement. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment of Acceptance.

3. Acceptance Procedure

The Offer is deemed accepted at the moment the Buyer places and fully pays for an Order on the Website. Acceptance constitutes full and unconditional agreement with all terms of this Agreement.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Seller

The Seller shall:

Deliver Goods of proper quality within the agreed timeframe
Ensure the accuracy of product information on the Website
Notify the Buyer of any changes to delivery timelines

The Seller reserves the right to:

Cancel an Order and refund the payment if the Goods are out of stock

5. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer shall:

Pay for the Order within the specified timeframe
Accept the Goods upon delivery
Provide accurate information for delivery

The Buyer has the right to:

Return Goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt
File a claim upon receiving Goods of inadequate quality

6. Price and Payment

The price of the Goods is stated on the Website at the time of placing the Order. Payment is made in a non-cash form via the payment gateway on the Website.

7. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the Order. Delivery times and costs are stated in the Shipping Policy section of the Website.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights." The Buyer may return Goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, provided the original appearance and packaging are preserved.

9. Liability of the Parties

The parties shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance of this Agreement in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
